Every ULFR programme carries an honest status. Nothing below is presented as operational that is not.

Projects in development. ULFR is in its foundational stage: the programmes below are in concept or development. No active field operations exist yet, and no completed projects are claimed. This register will grow — and its statuses will change — in public.

ConceptSlovakia — Tribeč / Veľké Uherce–Horná Ves landscape (candidate, not predetermined)

Core Research Estate — First Land Objective

Acquire and permanently steward a contiguous core research estate, provisionally around 1,500 hectares. Habitat connectivity beyond property boundaries, corridors, water systems, core refuge, prey base, road risk and existing wildlife movement govern the evaluation — ecological function matters more than headline hectare count.

ConceptPlanned — tied to the core estate

Wolf–Raven Research Programme

Long-duration, welfare-led observation of naturally occurring wolf–raven interactions: association, information transfer, communication cues, movement, scavenging ecology and other measurable forms of interspecific cooperation. ULFR will test hypotheses rather than presume conclusions — results may confirm, weaken or reject them.

Low-capital commercial activity — digital wallpapers and digital products, original merchandise, and media/educational publishing — financing the mission through productive assets rather than dependence on donations or grants. Every product is measured independently for revenue, margin and net contribution.

ConceptPlanned

Wildlife Hospital & Veterinary System

Specialist large-animal, exotic and wildlife hospital with complex referral medicine, quarantine, shelter and rehabilitation — integrated for biosecurity, diagnostics, isolation and veterinary supervision, while wildlife referral medicine and ordinary veterinary care remain distinct disciplines.

Protection & Ranger Operations

Professional, lawful, evidence-led and proportional field operations protecting habitat, monitored animals, staff, visitors and research assets. Camera traps, telemetry alerts, remote sensing and drones only where lawful and scientifically justified. The orange research collar is the field-identity concept.
